ODORANT INJECTION SYSTEM
Inspection Item | Unit | Acceptable Limit | |
---|---|---|---|
Calorific Value | MJ/㎥ (0℃, 101.3 kPa) | The calorific value shall be decided by the commerce minister,
the governor of a province or mayor based on Government Law 20-1. |
|
Wobbe Index | MJ/㎥ (0℃, 101.3 kPa) | 51.50 ~ 56.52 (12,300 ~ 13,500 kcal/m3) | |
Total Sulfur | mg/㎥ (0℃, 101.3 kPa) | < 30 | |
Odorant Concentration | mg/㎥ (0℃, 101.3 kPa) |
4 ~ 30 ( TBM+THT)
3~13 (MES+ DMS+TBM+THT) If LPG is mixed in biogas to increase calorific value, following regulation can be applied. 4 ~ 30(MES+DMS+TBM+THT) |
|
CO2 | mol-% | < 2.5 |
If city gas pressure is below 1MPa,
the sum of CO2, O2 and N2 can be < 3.53.(But O2 shall be < 0.5.) |
O2 | mol-% | < 0.03 (LPG+Air : < 10 ) | |
N2 | mol-% | < 1.0 (LPG+Air : < 35) |
Local city gas and LPG must include the odorant (TBM+THT, LPG_MES+DMS having specific concentration to prevent gas leak and accident
(including explosion)
Gaswell can supply odorant injection system to meet Koran regulation (4~30 mg/m3).
The odorant injection system is using direct liquid injection method and it can be changed by customer’s requirement.
Gaswell can supply the damage prevention equipment to decrease odorant smell diffusion.
